About the role and our team An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and driven Occupational Therapist to join our friendly and supportive team within the Community Adult Therapies Service on the beautiful Isle of Man! This role sits within the Therapy Team and forms part of the Therapies and Podiatry Service in the Integrated Primary and Community CARE Group. As a CARE group and as part of Manx Care, we strive for excellence and are committed to improving the lives of our patients on the Isle of Man across in-patient, out-patient and community settings. You will play an integral role, providing Occupational Therapy interventions for patients over the age of 18 with a variety of conditions and needs across the Island. The diverse patient caseload will enable you to utilise and develop a large range of occupational therapy skills from low level rehabilitation, functional assessments, moving and handling assessments, provision of OT equipment to housing assessments and major adaptations. No two days are the same, with a focus on providing holistic patient-centred therapy intervention.
