As an Account Manager, your key responsibilities will encompass handling new customer inquiries, following up on inquiries, maintaining agency relationships, and initiating contact with new agencies. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in presenting, promoting, and selling our services to both existing and potential customers, providing illustrations as needed. Building and nurturing positive business and customer relationships is essential, and you'll also be reaching out to potential customers through cold calling. Your role will involve expediting the resolution of customer queries and complaints to ensure maximum satisfaction and coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments.
